If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Print Consultant working 25 hours per week.
The Role
As a Print Consultant you will need to be a passionate team player who can work across our print and finishing departments. Working in a fast-paced customer facing environment and in some cases leading the print and finishing department you will ideally have experience of digital print i.e. Xerox printing. Experience in print finishing and design is also ideal, in particular, the ability to use a guillotine, folding, booklet making, binding and laminating machines, Photoshop. Training is also available. Above all we are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, loads of energy and enthusiasm to meet our customer print needs.

What will you do?
- Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group by showing interest in learning everything about the business and your role and positively sharing this knowledge with our customers
- Contribute towards making Ryman the number one High Street Stationer by providing a consistent high level of customer service
- Drive a culture of excellent customer service ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically,
- Assist with the training of colleagues, utilising available tools to maximise the performance of the team
- Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and ensure that all systems are utilised by all team members as per company policies and procedures
- Promote high visual merchandising standards; ensuring that store housekeeping standards are high and continually achieved
- In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager assume full accountability for the overall security and safety of our people and property ensuring the Branch operates in line with company policies and procedures. Motivate all colleagues to drive sales and to achieve required KPIs. Liaise with the Retail Support Centre should any issues need to be reported. Support with any weekly time sheets.
