Print Consultant / Sales Account Manager – Large Format Print
Kent | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Wallace Print is an established large format print company based in Kent, providing print, production, and installation services for clients across a wide range of sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Print Consultant / Sales Account Manager to join our team.
This role would suit someone with strong knowledge of the large format and digital print industry who understands print production, materials, and finishing, and is confident managing client requirements from initial enquiry through to quotation and delivery.
You will be responsible for managing and developing your own portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing new and existing customer accounts
- Understanding client requirements and recommending appropriate print solutions
- Preparing accurate quotations using our PrintIQ management system
- Liaising closely with customers throughout their projects
- Working with our production and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Developing existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service and communication
- Managing multiple enquiries and projects within a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within the large format, digital, or commercial print industry
- Has strong print knowledge and understands different materials, applications, and production methods
- Is commercially minded and comfortable discussing pricing and solutions with customers
- Can build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Has excellent organization and time-management skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Is proactive and enjoys developing customer accounts

Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary:
- Competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
