We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected print and communications business as they look to appoint a new Production Manager. This isn't a business looking for someone to simply keep production ticking over. They're looking for someone with fresh ideas who can improve processes, increase efficiency, and put their own stamp on the operation.
If you enjoy developing people, streamlining production and driving continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a successful and growing business. Whether you're already a Production Manager or an experienced Production Supervisor, Shift Manager or Team Leader ready for the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll oversee a team of approximately 18 people within a business of around 25 employees, managing the day-to-day operation across both the print production and fulfilment departments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
