Role Description
The Print Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of Magnav International magazine and other print products across global markets. This remote role includes coordinating with print vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of print materials. The Print Distribution Manager will analyze distribution performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reach. The role also includes maintaining compliance with regional regulations, managing budgets related to print and distribution, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance audience accessibility to MAGNAV MEDIA’s print content.
Qualifications
- Print operations and distribution management skills, including experience coordinating with printers, fulfillment centers, and logistics providers.
- Supply chain, logistics, and inventory management skills to plan routes, manage stock levels, and optimize international shipping processes.
- Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple territories, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track distribution performance, costs, and KPIs, using spreadsheets or relevant software tools.
- Communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors across different regions.
- Knowledge of international shipping practices, carrier options, and basic regulatory requirements for cross-border distribution.
- Experience in media, publishing, or print production environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
