We are seeking a Print Estimator / Account Manager to join our busy Commercial Services Team based at our Norwich production premises.

As the first point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through the production process to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience and excellent customer service throughout.

The successful candidate will:

  • Service the needs of assigned clients from enquiry to delivery
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Provide updates on project progress and order status
  • Work closely with all levels of management and employees to deliver projects successfully
  • Contribute to the wider team and support colleagues as required
  • Assist with customer accounts and departmental duties during holiday or sickness cover
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
