Print Estimator
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
TEXO Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Estimator to join a growing business within the print industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of print projects, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure requirements are understood and costs are accurately calculated.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for print projects.
- Review customer briefs, artwork, and specifications.
- Calculate material, production, and finishing costs.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Work closely with sales and production teams.
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
- Identify the most cost-effective production methods.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and commercially viable.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Print Estimator or in a similar print-based commercial role.
- Strong knowledge of print processes and production methods.
- Understanding of digital and/or lithographic print.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Confident communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and IT skills.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach.
