Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job ads can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you.

Where and How You Can Work

Our London office is a hub for collaboration and energy. But we also believe in working where you do your best thinking. This role is based in London, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

What You'd Be Doing in This Role

You'll join Canva Print as our EMEA Print Operations Lead — one of Canva's fastest-growing businesses, now its own Supergroup, building the world's most comprehensive and immersive print marketplace where every Canva user can move from design to delivered product in a few clicks. You'll be accountable for the growth and performance of Canva Print across EMEA, including ownership of regional revenue targets, leading the operational work behind new product and market launches, print partner management, and a high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on regional leadership role for someone who can move between strategy and execution, influence without formal authority, and personally drive critical initiatives over the line.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning the growth and performance of Canva Print across EMEA — turning regional revenue goals into a clear plan and driving it through to results
  • Identifying the biggest opportunities — across markets, products, partners, and customer experience, bringing the right teams together to unlock them
  • Leading new product, partner, and market launches end to end — moving quickly from opportunity to execution and learning
  • Building strong, trusted partner relationships — helping our production partners consistently deliver great quality, reliable fulfilment, competitive economics, and an exceptional customer experience
  • Using data and customer insights to drive performance — understanding what's working, tackling issues early, and continuously improving the regional business
  • Creating simpler, more scalable ways to launch and operate — raising the pace and quality of execution as we grow across EMEA
  • Being the voice of EMEA Print across Canva — influencing Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Happiness to deliver the outcomes the region needs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
