Print Operative

Location: Peterborough

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts Available: AM & PM Shifts

Shift Patterns

AM Shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00am to 2:45pm

PM Shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3:00pm to 11:45pm

About the Role

Total Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and detail-focused Print Operatives to join their growing team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company that offers full training, a supportive working environment, and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate digital printing machines for clothing production.
  • Load the correct customer files to ensure accurate print orders.
  • Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printing equipment and work areas.
  • Support the picking and packing team to help meet daily production targets.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

What We're Looking For

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Previous experience in print operations, manufacturing, or a production environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Flexibility to change shifts with reasonable notice to meet business demands.
