Department: PSL (Pressure Sensitive Labels)
Reports to: PSL Finishing Managers / PSL Production Manager

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable PSL Packing Assistant to join our print finishing team.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our premium labels are packaged accurately and professionally before being delivered to our customers.

The role involves working a treble shift pattern incorporating early shift, back shift and night shift, however for training purposes a dayshift pattern may be required for a period of time.
You will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, quality standards and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
As a PSL Packaging Assistant, You Will
- Pack PSL labels in a controlled and accurate manner using the correct packaging specification for each product.
- Print and apply pack-end labels, ensuring all information is correct and matches the job specification.
- Verify that core labels, work tickets and packaging labels correspond correctly.
- Check products against work tickets and product specifications to ensure all information is accurate.
- Deliver completed jobs to our Warehouse in a neat and organised manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Assist with rewind machine operations when required.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by management.
What We're Looking For
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and housekeeping skills.
- The ability to work accurately and follow procedures.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
