We’re recruiting an experienced Artwork & Print Production Manager to join a specialist print and packaging business in West London.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious print professional who wants more responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to become a key part of a business. Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll become a trusted right-hand person across artwork, clients, and production, taking ownership of projects from the initial brief right through to finished product.
The business operates with a close-knit team, so they’re looking for an all-rounder with a hands-on mentality. Someone who gets stuck in, solves problems and is comfortable switching between artwork, client liaison, quoting, scheduling and production rather than working within a narrowly defined remit.
You might currently be working within a smaller print, packaging, artwork, or repro business where you already wear several hats and are ready for a role offering greater responsibility and progression.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied workload of print and packaging projects, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
