Reporting to: Global Head of Creative

Founded in 2012 by world-renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides, 111SKIN is a global skincare brand that bridges the gap between scientific innovation, luxury and community. Beloved by A-listers, high-profile makeup artists, and skincare connoisseurs, 111SKIN is also highly regarded by some of the most reputable editors and industry bodies.

Whom we are looking for: A hands-on Print & Production Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for detail, a strong understanding of luxury packaging and a passion for bringing considered design to life. You combine creative judgement with technical production expertise and take pride in the quality of every finished asset.

What you’ll do: You will own day-to-day artworking and production design across new product development (NPD), packaging and print BAU, taking projects from approved design through to accurate, production-ready artwork. Working closely with the Global Head of Creative, Senior Designer and wider teams, you will help specify materials and finishes, manage product packshots and support the practical production needs of the Creative department.

What success looks like: You deliver beautiful, accurate and consistent artwork on time; proactively identify production challenges; and help maintain a premium brand expression across every physical touchpoint. You bring organisation and ownership to projects from brief to final delivery. We evaluate each team member based on our three company values: entrepreneurial mindset, caring collaboration, determination to succeed.

Why you are a great fit: You enjoy the balance of design craft and technical problem-solving. You understand how materials, print processes and packaging structures influence the final result, and are confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You are organised, proactive and happy to be hands-on, whether preparing files, reviewing physical samples or supporting a shoot.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
