The Print Production Executive - The PPE (data)
The PPE (data) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of all data held within the Production Process Platform. This role supports the Print Production team, Creative Studio Operations team, and wider in-store marketing team by monitoring platform activity, maintaining clean and reliable datasets, and generating insights that help drive efficiency, quality, and informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do as Print Production Executive - Data & Store Liaison
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Monitor and maintain the Production Process Platform, ensuring daily data completeness, accuracy, compliance with workflow standards, and the upkeep of datasets, user inputs, allocation records, and specifications.
- Partner with VM teams to conduct regular audits, identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors, and take ownership of resolving data quality issues.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret platform data to provide actionable insights on in-store POS requirements, production capacity, and overall campaign performance.
- Produce reports and performance summaries to support the Print Production Manager and In-Store Marketing team in decision-making and operational planning.
- Collaborate closely with IT partners and the Production Process Platform Lead to support system updates, testing activities, and the rollout of new platform functionalities.
- Provide user support and training, ensuring new and existing users follow correct data entry processes and can effectively navigate and utilise the platform.
- Lead key BAU print production activities, including managing store feedback and requests, overseeing the Print in Store function, and driving continuous improvement and efficiency across campaign production workflows in partnership with Production, Campaign Management, and IT teams.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple datasets and deadlines.
