Print Production Project Manager

£32,500 - £40,000

Northampton – Hybrid, 2+ days / week in the office

We’re looking for an experienced Print Production Project Manager with a strong background in 2D and 3D POS to join a leading integrated, creative and production agency, managing the delivery of a really varied range of print production projects. This is a hands-on production role, covering everything from flat 2D print through to 3D cardboard POS and FSDU’s, with plenty of variety across the projects you’ll manage. You could be working on retail promotional displays for major supermarkets, supporting the production of new product launches, or coordinating smaller projects including all manner of 2D graphics and print through to competition winner kits, bags, keyrings and other promotional items.

You’ll take ownership of the production process from brief through to delivery, from cutters and artwork, working closely with print and production suppliers to make sure everything is produced to the right quality, specification, cost and deadline. You may also visit suppliers to QC finished work, oversee testing, weight-test units or check that a physical solution works as intended. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Account Management team, who will manage the relationship with the end client, allowing you to focus on what you do best - production, suppliers, costs, timelines and getting the work delivered properly and to the best possible standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
