About the Role
SGx is seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to support a major European FMCG client during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile account, working at the heart of the print and packaging supply chain, collaborating with global stakeholders, production teams, design agencies and printers across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the print and packaging technical expert for a leading global beauty brand.
- Leading Print Production Meetings (PPMs) with design agencies, printers and client stakeholders.
- Advising on print feasibility, colour management, reprographics and production best practice.
- Working closely with production teams to deliver outstanding print quality across multiple markets and substrates.
- Managing relationships with printers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and right first time.
- Supporting new product launches, artwork changes and print trials across Europe.
- Travelling to press passes and key production meetings when required.

What We're Looking For
- Strong print production, print management or packaging technical experience.
- Excellent understanding of repro, colour management and print processes including Flexo, Offset, Gravure and Digital.
- Experience working within FMCG, retail, packaging or branded environments.
- A confident communicator who can build credibility with clients, agencies and suppliers.
- Someone who enjoys problem solving, taking ownership and working independently.
- Experience in artwork, pre-press, colour separation or packaging production would be highly advantageous.
