Print Production Manager – Join a Leading Print & Marketing Agency
Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000

We’re working with a leading Marketing Communications agency, recognised for delivering creative, high-impact print and promotional campaigns. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to join their team in Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a fast-paced and innovative business.
About the Role
As a Print Production Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of print, large-format, and promotional merchandise projects from brief through to completion. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing print production, large-format, and promotional merchandise projects
- Coordinating schedules, suppliers, and project timelines to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitoring quality, costs, and profitability across all production activities
- Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- Experience in print production management within a print or marketing environment
- Knowledge of large-format print and promotional merchandise
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
