Working within Creative Services, you'll manage and prioritise print requests, operate and maintain a range of specialist print and finishing equipment, and use your technical expertise to troubleshoot production and artwork issues. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm, providing practical advice and ensuring print requirements are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

You'll initially work alongside our current Print Specialist as part of a handover, giving you the opportunity to build a detailed understanding of our equipment, workflows and internal requirements before taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Print Room.

  • Maintain the performance and reliability of print equipment through scheduled maintenance, calibration, paper profiling and effective troubleshooting.

  • Use your pre-press expertise to troubleshoot problem files, manipulate and prepare PDF files for print, and make appropriate adjustments to achieve high-quality print output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
