Flexo Printer – Rotating Day Shift
Location: Daventry
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000
Shift: Rotating shifts, 6:00am – 1:00pm and 1:30pm – 9:15pm

We’re recruiting an experienced Flexo Printer to join a well-established print manufacturing operation in Daventry.
The Role
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain print quality and performance
- Ensure consistency across print runs, including registration, colour match and repeat length
- Identify and resolve printing issues
- Operate and assist with finishing equipment including die cutters, slitters and rewinders
- Support continuous improvement, including SMED and yield improvement
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams
- Follow all health & safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating flexographic printing presses within labels, packaging or a similar print environment
- Good knowledge of print quality, registration and colour matching
- Confident setting and adjusting printing equipment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
