We're Hiring | Printer Technician
Stanford Marsh & Plot it are looking for a Printer Technician to join our growing service team. If you're skilled at identifying problems, enjoy solving technical challenges, and take pride in building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing wide-format printers
- Telephone technical support and fault triage
- Customer site visits, servicing, and new installations
- Working alongside our experienced technical and software support teams

What we're looking for:
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland and Northern England
- Ability to safely carry out the physical aspects of field service work
Experience with HP DesignJet, Canon imagePROGRAF or Epson SureColor printers is a bonus, but not essential. Full manufacturer-led training will be provided.
