Vogue Sourcing

Vogue Sourcing is an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic global fashion supplier, with offices around the world. We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Graphics Designer to join our Leicester team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who is ready to take greater ownership of their product area, developing original, trend-led and commercially relevant print and graphic concepts for our customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and identify emerging print, graphic, colour and wider fashion trends, translating these into relevant and commercially viable concepts for our customers.
  • Liaise with Senior graphic designer/print team to collaborate and support on workload, trends and presentations for the seasons ahead.
  • Independently develop original print and graphic concepts, embroideries, embellishments and seasonal themes.
  • Create trend, colour and concept presentations to support customer meetings and seasonal direction.
  • Produce accurate and detailed artwork specifications and tech packs for factories, ensuring correct colour, scale, placement and execution.
  • Take ownership of designs from initial concept through to final production, ensuring the original creative vision is maintained.
  • Work closely with factories and overseas offices, reviewing strike-offs, lab dips and samples and providing clear and timely feedback.
  • Manage key dates and priorities within your area, ensuring deadlines and critical path requirements are achieved.
  • Build strong working relationships with buyers and customers, developing an understanding of their handwriting, product strategy and commercial requirements.
  • Confidently present ideas, trends and design concepts internally and to customers.
  • Respond quickly to customer briefs, identifying opportunities and developing relevant design solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Sales, Buying and overseas teams to support the development of commercially successful ranges.
  • Monitor competitor activity and the wider market to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Participate in UK and international inspiration, sourcing and customer trips where required.
  • Support the development of Assistant Designers, sharing knowledge and providing guidance where appropriate.
  • Maintain organised design files, artwork libraries and sample management processes.
  • Support the wider Design team during busy periods and contribute positively to the overall performance of the department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
