Hydrogen is working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced associate (3-6 PQE) to join its highly ranked TMT team, specialising in privacy & cybersecurity.
The team advises major global businesses including household-name brands and tech companies on sophisticated privacy, cyber and emerging digital regulation matters. Their work combines complex advisory projects with fast-moving incident response and regulatory mandates.

The successful associate will take a senior role across matters including:
- Global privacy compliance programmes and international data transfers.
- AI governance, risk and data protection issues arising from new technologies.
- Cyber readiness and major international cyber incident response.
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
- Online safety and wider digital regulation, including the AI Act, Data Act, DSA and NIS2.
- AdTech, data commercialisation and complex DPIAs.
- Data protection aspects of major technology and outsourcing agreements.
