Privacy Lawyer (4-7 PQE) | Immediate Start | Technology Sector
We're partnering with a fast-growing technology company looking for an experienced Privacy Lawyer (4-7 PQE) to join its legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience advising on both privacy/data protection and copyright matters.
The Role
You will work closely with legal, product, and business stakeholders, advising on a broad range of privacy and intellectual property matters, including:
- Providing day-to-day advice on privacy and data protection issues
- Supporting GDPR and wider international privacy compliance initiatives
- Advising on copyright, licensing, and content-related matters
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
- Partnering with product, marketing, and technology teams on new initiatives
- Supporting risk assessments, privacy reviews, and regulatory queries
- Assisting with the development of policies, processes, and best practices

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 4-7 years' PQE with strong privacy and data protection experience
- Experience advising on copyright and intellectual property matters
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal risk
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a technology, media, digital, or IP-rich environment
