Private Aviation Advisor

Department: Private Aviation

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Location: Central London (Office-Based)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

World's leading private aviation brokerages. Operating around the clock, our experienced team delivers bespoke charter solutions to an international portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), corporate organisations and luxury travel partners.

Working with a global network of trusted operators, we provide access to an extensive range of private aircraft while delivering exceptional levels of service, discretion and value. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals to join our expanding team at our Central London headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a fast-paced luxury business. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing a portfolio of premium clients and overseeing private charter bookings from enquiry through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience within private aviation or another luxury, high-value sales environment and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals and inbound enquiries.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of HNWI, UHNWI and corporate clients.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the business.
  • Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to generate new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering a personalised and consultative service.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored charter solutions.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up.
  • Resolve client queries professionally while maintaining long-term relationships.

Sales & Charter Management

  • Manage charter enquiries from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
  • Source suitable aircraft and prepare bespoke charter quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and operators.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using Zoho CRM and ensure all bookings meet company procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within private aviation or luxury, high-value sales.
  • Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with HNWI, UHNWI or corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and commercial approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous.
