As a Private Banking Executive, you will play a key role in supporting an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients, becoming a trusted point of contact, and helping to deliver the outstanding experience for which we are known.

To place the interests of customers at the centre of all activities, act in a way that is consistent with achieving good outcomes for consumers and to comply with the FCA and PRA's Conduct Rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-net-worth clients with their day-to-day banking needs and queries.
- Manage account opening and onboarding requirements.
- Complete ongoing KYC reviews and client due diligence.
- Process payments, transfers, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Support lending applications and associated administration.
- Meet clients and help build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Communicate confidently and professionally by telephone, email, and in person.
- Manage the administration and attention to detail behind an established client portfolio.
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a right-first-time approach.
- Always deliver a high standard of client service.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to support client relationships.
- Take pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Contribute positively as part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
- Demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Present a polished and professional image when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Risk
- Complete compliance regulatory exams, adhering to both legal and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures.
Key Interfaces:
- Take ownership and support other PBE’s.
- Private Banking Teams.
- Wealth Management Teams.
- Credit.
- Maintain excellent relationships with Operations, Treasury, and Compliance.
- Other Operations Teams, including Banking Ops, Credit Ops.
Person Specification
Knowledge / Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrable private banking, or banking experience.
- A strong understanding of the needs and expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to getting things right the first time.
- Someone who takes pride in the quality and accuracy of their work.
- The ability to work independently, use their initiative, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- A polished, professional, and client-focused approach.
- Is quietly confident, professional, and a natural team player.
- Can deal with complex queries calmly and find solutions.
- Is organised, thorough, and enjoys delivering excellent service.
- A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit and supportive team.
- Someone who enjoys supporting an established client book and delivering excellent service, rather than being the primary relationship lead.

- You should be working towards or already hold a valid professional qualification in CeMAP (or equivalent).
