Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program, and we're looking for outstanding professionals to join our mentor roster... an elite network supporting students and young professionals as they prepare for high-stakes careers.

What You'll Do:

  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized interview coaching, resume feedback, and career guidance for candidates pursuing Private Banking careers
  • Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group sessions covering private banking products, client relationship management, credit solutions, and recruiting preparation
  • Contribute to Content (Optional): Help improve interview guides, technical resources, and client advisory training materials
  • Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world experience serving high-net-worth individuals and navigating careers in private banking

Who We're Looking For:

  • Professionals with experience in Private Banking (or similar Wealth Management, Private Client Services, Family Office, etc.)
  • Current or former Private Bankers, Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, or Managing Directors
  • Strong communicators who enjoy mentoring the next generation of private banking professionals
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing thoughtful, actionable career advice
