Silver and Bow is hiring through Hosco in Brentwood.
Silver & Bow are looking for a nutrition-focused Private Chef to join a couple based in Brentwood, Essex.
The principals take great care of themselves and are looking for a chef who can work closely with them, their nutritionist and personal trainer to support their health and wellness goals.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for nutrition, understand exactly what should be on the plate and why, and be able to translate this into delicious, flavourful meals that are both healthy and perfectly suited to the principals’ needs.
Duties:
- Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Collaborating with the principals and nutritionist to create tailored menus aligned with their nutritional goals
- Ordering, shopping and provisioning
- Preparing meals for the children when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Supporting with occasional entertaining and dinner parties

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of nutrition and how to tailor meals accordingly
- Experience cooking for professional athletes is highly desirable
- Confident, flavour-driven approach to healthy cooking
- Ability to adapt between family-style meals, elevated dining and entertaining
- Excellent knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and healthy cooking techniques
- Professional and discreet
- Confident driver
- Based within approximately one hour’s commute of Brentwood

The principals travel throughout the year, so there will be periods when the chef is not required to work. Flexibility around the family’s schedule is important.
Days: Monday–Friday, with flexibility
Salary: £60,000–£100,000 gross per annum
