We are actively looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful team and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth insurance. You will be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with wider team to achieve objectives.

About you:

  • You will have experience developing and building long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
  • You must have a passion for excellent customer services as this role will be working with existing clients and will be supporting their needs.
  • You are able to work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts from start to finish, including; attending meetings, taking notes, speaking to insurers, working through renewal presentations and renewals terms etc.
  • You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome.
  • You are willing to learn, as every day will be different. This is a great opportunity to expand your insurance knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
  • You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions - thinking about client needs and referring identified opportunities - we are always looking for a 'path to yes'
