You may already know the people we want to meet.
IN provides independent stewardship of significant private car collections on behalf of their owners. We work with collectors, investors, families and the people who represent them, bringing the ownership, documentation, provenance, valuation and working life of a collection under one accountable relationship.
We are looking for a small number of well-connected individuals who can introduce IN to people for whom that capability is genuinely relevant.
This is not a conventional sales position. There is no cold prospecting, lead generation target or requirement to spend your time building a new network for us. The value lies in the network and relationships you have already built, your judgement about who may benefit from IN, and your ability to make a trusted introduction when the circumstances are right.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You might already operate around private clients, family offices, wealth management, specialist automotive, luxury property, private aviation, professional advisory services or other environments where significant private wealth is represented.
You do not need to be an automotive expert. You do need to understand discretion, relationships and the difference between making an introduction and making a sales pitch.
The commercial structure reflects that.
This is an independent, results-based appointment rather than a conventional salaried role. When an introduction becomes an IN Stewardship client, the introducer participates financially in both the initial mandate and the ongoing client relationship.
That participation continues for the duration of the client relationship and can extend to additional provenance and Design and Build commissions undertaken for that client.

In other words, one good introduction can create both immediate and continuing income.
IN handles the client relationship from the introduction onwards. We do not expect introducers to sell the service, manage the account or become involved in delivery.
We are interested in quality rather than volume.
If you have spent years building trusted relationships with the sort of people who own significant collections, or with the people they listen to, I would be interested in hearing from you.
Applications do not need to be complicated. Tell us who you are, the world you operate in and why you believe your network overlaps with ours.
All conversations will be treated in confidence.
