As an Assistant Manager/Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
- Oversee and manage a strong client portfolio with a high level of client responsibility and interaction.
- Deliver service, revenue and profitability targets both personally and as part of the wider Private Client team.
- Foster enduring client relationships.

Day-to-day duties
- Provide a wide range of Private Client Tax advice and compliance support to your diverse portfolio of clients.
- Engage proactively with clients on tax advice opportunities and personally oversee and deliver the required guidance and support.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries and meet their needs.
- Work as part of the Private Client team and wider Aberdeen office in meeting our objectives and deadlines.
- Review the work of junior team members and support with their training and development.
- Monitor your own utilisation, productivity and WIP and manage your own workload.
- Be confident in providing guidance and feedback to others in the team.

What are we looking for?
- CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified or part qualified.
- Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage.
- Previous Private Client Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge and good people skills.
