Amber River Premier are an award-winning, Chartered Financial Planning firm located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and competent Financial Services Administrator to join our team, providing support to our team of Financial Advisers and external clients.
As a company we provide bespoke Wealth Planning Advice. The company holds Corporate Chartered Status awarded by the CII and are committed to providing the highest levels of service. As part of the Amber River group, we are one of the fastest growing and largest national Independent Financial Advice companies.
Role Overview
As a Private Client Associate (Administrator), you will be the primary point of contact for client queries and servicing of transactional requests.

Role Responsibilities
- Opening, sorting, and scanning daily post
- Answering the telephone and directing calls, receiving, and passing on messages
- Liaising with clients, product providers and other 3rd parties
- Preparing documentation, including valuations, for client meetings
- Obtaining illustrations/quotations, product literature and fund/transfer values from product providers and other 3rd parties
- Sending information requests to providers, and managing these through to receipt of information
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating client database (CURO)
- Ensure all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
- Undertake product and market research
- Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
- Ensuring all files are meet FCA compliance guidelines

Ideal Candidate
Our ideal applicant will have previous experience working within a wealth management/IFA business and excellent relationship management skills. An interest in pursuing CII qualifications and previous experience of using Curo would also be advantageous.

We operate a hybrid working model, with 3 days office-based and 2 remote.
