Fee Earner - Private Client Team
We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join our busy Private Client Team.
We will consider a candidate who is a qualified Solicitor or CILEX, or working towards their qualification, which we would continue to support.
Office location – Exeter
Key Responsibilities:
- Work proficiently and accurately acting for clients drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), full administration of both testate and intestate estates as well as assisting clients with Grant only applications
- Undertaking the initial contact with new clients and liaising with our existing clients
- Deliver high-quality legal services with exceptional file administration
- Collaborate with and support a team of lawyers and support staff
- Provide comprehensive advice for clients in drafting wills, LPA’s and administering estates
- Manage and achieve individual and team targets

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years fee earning experience of running own case load
- Can work independently and prioritise their own workload
