Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor

Location: North Somerset (Hybrid and Flexible Working)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus

If you're a Private Client Solicitor looking for something that genuinely fits around your life, not the other way round, this is worth a conversation.

We're working with a long-standing, well-regarded firm with deep roots in its local community and a loyal, established client base. This isn't a volume-driven environment. It's about quality work, trusted relationships, and having the time and autonomy to do things properly.

What Makes This Role Different

What makes this role different is its flexibility - not just in working patterns but in how the role itself is shaped.

The Opportunity

This is not a "one size fits all" hire.

Whether you:

  • Want to focus purely on fee-earning and enjoy high-quality private client work, or
  • Are looking to step up, influence direction, and grow a team around you

…the firm is open to building the role around you.

You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive Partner who is genuinely collaborative - someone you can learn from, bounce ideas off, and develop with. There's no rigid hierarchy or corporate red tape here - just a team that values trust, autonomy, and doing right by their clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
