Job Title: Private Client Lawyer

PQE Required: 2+

Location: South Yorkshire

Salary: Up to GBP 55,000 (DOE)


The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Probate Lawyer to join the private client team of a well established specialist law firm based in South Yorkshire. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, and wider estate planning matters. Working closely with clients to provide clear, practical, and sensitive advice, you will deliver an exceptional standard of client care while managing matters from instruction through to completion. This role offers genuine responsibility within a supportive and collaborative environment, with both full-time and part-time applications welcomed.


The Candidate

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and experienced Private Client Fee Earners with experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and possess excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills. Experience advising on lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax, and estate planning matters would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and committed to delivering a high standard of service while contributing to the continued success of the private client department.
