The Role
A well established, progressive law firm located in County Durham is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, advise a diverse client base on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters and handle matters from instruction through to completion.
Offering a collaborative working culture, this role grants the successful candidate the opportunity to build long term client relationships. Contribute to the continued growth of the firm whilst simultaneously developing your own career alongside a supportive team of experienced practitioners.

The Candidate
This firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who demonstrate experience dealing with a wealth of private client matters. You must be confident managing your own caseload and highlight a commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
The successful candidate will have experience advising on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters. A proactive, organised approach to legal matters, alongside an interest in the business development of the firm is necessary to this role.
