Role: Private Client Lawyer
Location: Thames Valley
Salary: Competitive Salary plus Benefits Package

The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work with high-quality private clients while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters and play a key role in maintaining the department's reputation for technical excellence and exceptional client service.

The Private Client team advises on a wide range of matters, including estate planning, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, tax planning, and succession planning. The department continues to attract high-quality work and is recognised for delivering practical and tailored advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning.
  • Providing practical, commercially aware, and client-focused legal advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Maintaining an average of only 5+ billable hours per day.

You will likely have:

  • A minimum of 2PQE managing your own caseload in Wills, Tax & Trusts, and Probate.
  • Good experience dealing with clients.
