Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
Role Overview
2+PQE, Derbyshire, c GBP 45,000 plus extensive benefits.
The firm are seeking a compassionate and motivated Solicitor / Legal Executive, 2+ PQE, to join their Wills and Probate team, managing a varied caseload and supporting colleagues while delivering outstanding client care. There will be opportunities to contribute to the department's future growth, working with a friendly and approachable team culture with work:life balance in mind.

About the Role
This role is about more than just technical expertise, it is about being a trusted adviser to individuals and families at key life moments. You will manage your own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts. Alongside this, you will provide supervision to junior colleagues and contribute to the department's continued success.

- Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee earning staff
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Ensuring accurate billing, time recording and credit control
- Supporting the promotion and business development of the department
