Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
Remote | Initial Training & Probation in Lincolnshire
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join its successful and growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional looking for a varied caseload, genuine flexibility, and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development of a successful department.
The Role
You will join a thriving Private Client team, managing your own caseload with a particular focus on Probate matters and complex Wills.
Working closely with colleagues and senior members of the firm, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the department.

Your caseload will include a broad range of matters, including:
- Complex Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Trusts
- Estate planning
- Wealth management
- Inheritance Tax planning
You will be trusted to manage matters from instruction through to completion with a high level of autonomy, while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
About You
To be considered, you will have at least four years' experience handling a varied Private Client caseload, including Probate, Trusts, and complex Wills.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and experienced Private Client Fee Earners who are comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision.
