The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a well established and growing law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, including personal injury trusts, court of protection matters and estate planning. Working with a loyal and diverse client base, you will provide clear, practical advice while delivering the highest standards of client care. The Candidate

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Private Client Fee Earners with at least 1 year’s experience handling a broad range of private client matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and possess excellent technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, organisational and client care skills, together with a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting clients through often sensitive matters. You will also be keen to contribute to business development and networking initiatives while working collaboratively as part of a successful team.
