- Advise high-net-worth clients across your areas of technical expertise

- Strengthen the department's revenue, referral network and market profile

- Significant private client experience with strong technical credibility
- A demonstrable track record of originating and retaining client work
- A portable following, ideally broadly aligned with your expected annual base salary
- Established relationships across the private wealth and/or professional adviser market
