Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary

Location: Kent

Salary: £35,000+ negotiable

Established law firm, based in Kent, are looking for an ambitious legal secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to their private client team. They are looking for someone who, long term, wants to take on more paralegal / case manager work.

Duties include:

  • Prepare court forms and documents
  • Manage correspondence, legal documents, and case files
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring efficient time management
  • Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is current and accurately recorded
  • Liaise with courts, clients, and other third parties
  • Assist with billing and invoicing
