Vintage Cellar is a Geneva-based fine wine advisory house helping private collectors and fine wine enthusiasts discover, acquire and preserve exceptional wines. Through privileged access to rare allocations, secure storage in France and personalised advisory, we help clients build meaningful collections and lasting connections with the world of fine wine.
We are looking for a Private Client Managers & Fine Wine Advisors to develop a portfolio of private clients worldwide. This is a commercially driven role combining business development, luxury client service and fine wine advisory.
Your Role
Private Client Development
- Build and manage a portfolio of private collectors and wine enthusiasts
- Develop trusted, long-term client relationships and understand each client's preferences and collecting journey
- Act as a dedicated advisor, delivering a personalised, high-touch experience
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to exceptional wines and exclusive experiences

Business Development
- Acquire new clients through personal networks, referrals and targeted outreach
- Build relationships within luxury communities, private clubs, hospitality networks and other relevant circles
- Introduce prospects to Vintage Cellar's advisory services and membership experience
- Represent Vintage Cellar at private tastings, dinners and exclusive events
Fine Wine Advisory
- Guide clients in acquiring exceptional wines tailored to their tastes and objectives
- Present rare allocations, new releases and unique opportunities
- Collaborate with our wine specialists to provide personalised recommendations
- Support clients throughout their collecting journey
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our team, sommeliers and marketing department
- Share client insights and opportunities
- Stay connected with fine wine trends, estates and market developments
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in private client management, luxury sales, business development, wine, hospitality or premium industries
- Experience working with UHNW / UHNWI clients, with an existing network of UHNW individuals
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable developing opportunities independently
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for luxury, exceptional experiences and high-touch client service
- Knowledge of fine wine or eagerness to deepen wine expertise (WSET Level 3+ is a plus, but not essential)
