Overview
The Opportunity:
The Private Client Onboarding Administrator provides operational support to a team of Onboarding Associates, Private Client Advice Analysts (PCA Analyst) and Private Client Directors/ Executives (PCD/Es) in providing regulated and suitable advice to prospective and existing clients of Fisher Investments and FIE. The purpose of this advice is to help clients meet their long-term goals and objectives. In order to achieve this, an Administrator will carry out a variety of core and ad-hoc administrative tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, producing materials for prospective client meetings, organizing and inputting data for the analysis of prospective client investment portfolios and generating cash flow simulations, following up with third party providers and processing prospective client documents.
The Day-to-Day:
- Input data to generate Morningstar fund mappings
- Input data to generate cash flow simulations.
- Use MS Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint to format and produce information for inclusion in client reports.
- Upload, mail and pre-fill client documentation.
- Follow up with third party providers to confirm receipt of client letters of intent to obtain information.
- Assist as needed in performing any additional ad-hoc tasks required to support the department.

Your Qualifications:
- A University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Commitment to maintain quality of work whilst sticking to a timescale.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Goal oriented, responsible, accountable, and self-motivated.
- Highly reliable and eager to work in a collaborative environment to support high-volume output with accuracy.
- Desire to build a career in the investment management industry.
