Private Client Paralegal
📍 Redhill/Oxted
💰 £30,000 – £32,000 DOE

Are you looking to develop your career within Private Client and join a well-established and respected law firm? We are working with a well-respected firm who are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their busy and successful Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional looking to join a supportive team and play a key role in assisting with a varied caseload.
The role will involve:
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of Private Client files
- Assisting with a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Trusts
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, financial advisers and other third parties
- Assisting with the administration of estates and gathering relevant information and documentation
- Conducting relevant searches and assisting with estate administration requirements
- Providing regular updates to clients and assisting with queries
- Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
- Supporting the team with general administrative and case management duties

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience within a Private Client team
- A good understanding of Private Client matters, ideally including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confident communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Experience using a legal case management system would be advantageous
