The Role
You will support a varied Private Client caseload, taking on responsibility that goes well beyond file management. Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will see matters through their full lifecycle and build a practical understanding of how Private Client work runs, from first client contact to final distribution.
Your day to day will involve wills and probate matters, estate administration including higher value and more complex estates, trusts and associated tax work, drafting legal documents and correspondence, and liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.

The team is willing to invest in someone who wants to develop technically and grow in confidence with clients, with scope over time to take on more complex work and progress within the practice.
