Private Client Paralegal

Salary up to £32,000 + benefits

Excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded Private Client team

Our client is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their well-established team based in Bridport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Private Client experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm, working alongside experienced practitioners across a broad range of private client matters.

The Role

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Drafting legal documents and preparing correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, financial advisers and other professional contacts.
  • Managing files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the wider Private Client team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working within a Private Client department.
  • An understanding of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
