Private Client Solicitor – Lancashire – Up to £100,000 DOE + Benefits
An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Lancashire to join its growing team in a senior and strategic capacity.
The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor in Lancashire, you’ll manage a high-quality caseload of complex estates while playing a key role in the direction and development of the private client department.
- Managing complex and taxable estates including high-value probate matters
- Advising high net worth individuals on tax and estate planning
- Drafting wills and establishing lifetime and protective trusts
- Preparing and advising on lasting powers of attorney
- Handling estate administration from instruction to completion
- Providing technical guidance within the wider team
- Supporting department strategy and growth
- Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues

The Candidate
- 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE ideal for senior hire)
- Strong expertise across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
- Experience handling complex, high-value matters
- STEP qualified or working towards desirable
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
- Commercially astute with strong client-facing skills
- Ambitious and proactive with leadership potential
- Background within a reputable regional or national firm
