Private Client Solicitor / Partner – Leeds – up to £200,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This Private Client Partner role in Leeds is a rare opportunity for an ambitious individual to step into a leadership position within a well-established practice.
With strong internal support, an excellent brand, and clear investment in growth, this Private Client Solicitor / Partner opportunity in Leeds offers the platform to build, lead, and shape a team while developing a market-leading presence across the Yorkshire region.
The Role:
- Lead and manage a Private Client team in Leeds
- Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
- Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners

The Candidate:
- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across private client work
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Well-connected in the Leeds/Yorkshire market with strong referrer relationships
- Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
