Private Client Salaried Partner – Manchester – Up to £170,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An award-winning national law firm is seeking a Private Client Salaried Partner in Manchester to join its expanding team.
As a Private Client Salaried Partner in Manchester, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while managing a complex, high-value caseload for HNW and UHNW clients.
This role offers a strategic leadership position with strong earning potential, high-quality work, and real influence within a growing national practice.
The Role
- Managing a mixed caseload of high-value private client matters
- Advising on wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
- Leading and supervising a team of private client lawyers
- Driving growth and development of the Manchester offering
- Working with HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- Supporting business development and client acquisition
- Building and maintaining key client relationships
- Contributing to wider firm strategy and leadership

The Candidate
- 6+ PQE Private Client Solicitor at Partner or senior level
- Strong technical expertise across private wealth work
- Experience handling complex, high-value matters
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and business development focus
- Portable client following highly desirable
- Background within a reputable regional or national firm
- Ambitious, driven, and capable of influencing growth
