ABOUT AURIENS

Auriens Group is setting the gold standard in later living, no detail is left unconsidered, through exquisitely designed properties, unparalleled services and an exceptional health and wellness offering. We are always looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated individuals to join our team. We seek people who think creatively, who value long term relationships and want to be part of building our exciting brand in luxury later living.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and relationship-led Private Client Partnerships Manager to develop and manage a trusted network of professional advisers who can introduce and refer private clients to Auriens.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is comfortable representing a premium brand, building genuine long-term relationships, and operating with discretion around ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their advisers.

You will work closely with the Sales Director to identify new partnership opportunities across estate agents, buying agents, wealth managers, lawyers, financial advisers and other trusted private client professionals.

This role is predominantly Chelsea-based with London-centric meetings.

ABOUT YOU

A natural networker, you are professional, polished, articulate and confident when engaging with senior professionals in the private client world, with the ability to build genuine relationships, rapport and adapt your style to different audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
