Our Client
Our client is a Global Private bank and provides relationship-led private banking services to high-net-worth clients, combining expertise across banking, lending, foreign exchange and wider financial solutions. As part of its evolving Global Private Client strategy, they have also announced plans to develop an advice-led proposition that brings investment management, wealth management, banking and lending into one integrated private client offering for UHNW and HNW clients.
Description of Role and Key Responsibilities
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role, centred on building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering sustainable growth. You will be responsible for delivering a client-outcomes-focused sales strategy across an existing client portfolio, while also identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, grow share of wallet, generate referrals and support new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Clients
- Own and develop a portfolio of Private Client relationships, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a clear client engagement plan for your portfolio, designed to maximise meaningful client contact, face-to-face engagement, sales opportunities, income generation and client outcomes.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, high-quality preparation, tailored client conversations and effective follow-through.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions across banking, lending and broader financial requirements.
- Ensure all outcomes align with Consumer Duty and deliver fair value to clients.

Sales & Engagement
- Drive portfolio growth through proactive engagement, referrals and targeted sales activity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline from existing clients, internal partnerships and self-sourced opportunities.
- Develop strong knowledge of the bank's proposition, including lending, FX and wider group capabilities and be able to identify opportunities and collaborate with specialists to deliver solutions.
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory, risk and conduct responsibilities.
