Private Client Sales & Experience Executive
Location: Savile Row, London
Salary: £45,000 base + commission & performance incentives
Contract: Full-time, 30–40 hours per week

We work with entrepreneurs, CEOs, investors and senior leaders who value craftsmanship, discretion and exceptional service, delivered through a full design, styling, tailoring and wardrobe management offering.
As our private client community grows, we're looking for a Private Client Sales & Experience Executive to become a trusted point of contact for our clients — guiding them from first enquiry through every stage of their wardrobe journey.
The Role
You'll combine consultative sales, client relationship management and a strong eye for styling to deliver a seamless, personalised experience. You'll work closely with the Founder, helping manage enquiries, nurture existing relationships, and support the smooth running of our Savile Row Design Home.

Key Responsibilities
Client Sales & Enquiry Management
- Respond promptly to new enquiries and run discovery calls to understand client needs
- Qualify prospective clients ahead of appointments and manage follow-up
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Ensure every enquiry reflects the Alexandra Wood standard
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for existing clients
- Understand each client's wardrobe, preferences and lifestyle
- Coordinate fittings, alterations and deliveries
- Track key client milestones (birthdays, promotions) and manage gifting
- Re-engage previous clients and build referral opportunities
Wardrobe Growth
- Identify wardrobe gaps and recommend seasonal additions
- Introduce clients to memberships and ongoing wardrobe management
- Support the Founder in preparing styling moodboards and presentations
Design Home & Founder Support
- Prepare the showroom and appointments to the highest standard
- Deliver excellent hospitality throughout the client visit
- Provide concise pipeline and sales updates to the Founder

About You
- Experience in luxury retail, private client services, hospitality or a similar relationship-led role
- Naturally warm and discreet, with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in styling, fabric and fit
- Strong eye for styling, personal dressing and visual merchandising, keeping the Design Home looking its best
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working closely with a small, growing team
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- Genuine ease and confidence around HNW/UHNW individuals, with the credibility to represent the brand well in these circles
- An interest in building relationships with family offices, private members' clubs and other strategic partners over time — existing contacts and networking are a strong bonus
What Success Looks Like
Clients who return year after year, refer friends and colleagues, and feel they have their own private wardrobe advisor.
